La Borde Neuve B&B in the Lot
We have two rooms available for the cookery courses, Le Pigeonnier and La Lucarne. Both rooms have been tastefully decorated and each has its own high quality bathroom. There is ample free off-road parking as well as free wi-fi connection. Guests have use of our swimming pool in the summer and eat on the terrace in fine weather. In winter, meals are served in our dining area which has a large open log fire adjacent to it. Both bedrooms have full central heating. There are also over twenty acres of meadow and woodland to explore, where you can find a spot to picnic in the shade of the trees or enjoy the view from the top of the ridge.

La Lucarne (Dormer Room)
This is a large room with a beautiful view over the valley. It has exclusive use of a good sized bathroom across the landing with a thermostatic shower, bath, bidet, wash hand basin and wc, as well as a heated towel rail.
This room can either be a twin room, or the beds can be linked together to make a king sized double bed. They are fitted with Egyptian cotton bed linen and there are tea & coffee making facilities provided in the room. All towels and toiletries are also provided.
The price of this room if booked beyond the course days is 95 euros per night for two people including breakfast. A three course evening meal with wine and coffee can be booked at 30 euros per person.

Le Pigeonnier
This romantic bedroom suite at the top of the pigeonnier has a spectacular view down the valley. There is a small entrance lobby leading to the bedroom, with a luxury shower room off it, fitted with a thermostatic shower, bidet, wash hand basin, wc and heated towel rail.
The antique iron bedstead with its modern mattress is fitted with Egyptian cotton bed linen and there are tea & coffee making facilities provided in the room. All towels and toiletries are also provided.
The price of this room if booked beyond the course days is 85 euros per night for two people including breakfast. A three course evening meal with wine and coffee can be booked at 30 euros per person.

Children & Pets: the décor and furnishings have been set up as being primarily suitable for adults. Although we love children (we have two of our own plus two grandchildren!), in order to preserve the tranquillity and romance of the house and grounds, we do not accept children under 16 (or pets).
Smoking: we ask guests not to smoke inside the house
Accessibility: unfortunately, because of the bedrooms being upstairs, the house is not suitable for wheelchair access.
